Flametail was pulled out of the water by Jayfeather and Redwillow. Scene from my au/rework of the Great Battle timeframe, because OotS is where WC writing heavily tanked. UNLIKE in the books, the other cats who were there on the ice don't just stand around watching / ceasing to exist while Jayfeather tries to rescue Flametail alone. Redwillow actually helps and stays to sandwich Flametail between him and Jayfeather so he won't lose as much body heat while they walk him back to Shadowclan camp. For Hypokits, Ivypool and uh… Redwillow? I have no idea if they’re same age or related (which hopefully they aren’t), it was just first cat I thought of and they have a neat name. + the fact he’s also a DF Trainee so they could have met that way if we doing lore

checked and they aren't related and no clue what redwillow's age is because he literally materializes to buff up the df numbers. truly the arc of the century
